Strategic Planning 2025/26

The board of directors, staff and key volunteers identified four strategic goals to help support our future programs and events, including the tasks to achieve these goals: (1) Invest in external relationships and outreach to build Tapestry's reputation as an active community participant and contributor. (2) Examine and optimize physical resources and (3) Optimize newly implemented technology to strengthen data-driven decision-making.
