Discover the joy of bonding with your baby through music and movement. Babies love the sound of your voice, and together we’ll explore sweet songs, gentle rhymes, and soothing movement activities that nurture connection, spark curiosity, and bring calm. Each class also offers the support and encouragement of a welcoming community of parents and caregivers on this journey with you. This class is meant for babies from infant through 18 months alongside their parent/guardian/caregiver.

Music & Movement: Toddlers & Preschool

Come sing, dance, and play together! In this lively class, you and your child will explore music and movement through rhymes, scarf play, instrument exploration, and joyful dancing. These playful activities naturally encourage motor skills, language growth, and social development—all while strengthening your bond and building community with other families. Most of all, you’ll share laughter, music, and meaningful moments with your child. This class is meant for ages 18 months through 3 years old, alongside their parent/guardian/caregiver.

Robin Nelson is a joyful grandmother with more than 40 years of experience inspiring people of all ages to sing and dance. She spent over a decade serving as a preschool music teacher, sharing the magic of music with children from 6 weeks to 5 years old. Robin brings warmth, playfulness, and a deep love for connecting families through music and movement. Robin also teaches Tapestry's Joyfully Dancing class, is a regular caller for Tapestry Contra Dances, and has been instrumental in the development and growth of Tapestry's Family Dance Program.
