One-of-a-Kind Events in September

September 11: THE ZEDASHE ENSEMBLE from the medieval fortress city of Sighnaghi, Eastern Georgia. The ensemble will be performing at several venues throughout the Twin Cities and will lead a participatory dance lesson here at Tapestry, from 7:30 – 9 pm.

September 26: Tapestry hosts two very special guest musicians — Larry Unger and Audrey Knuth. We will have a special Waltz afternoon, with lesson from 3:30 to 4 pm and dance from 4 to 6. Grab a bite to eat in the ‘hood, and come on back for an evening contradance, starting at 7:30.

Mark Your Calendars

April 8 – 10, 2016: CALL OF THE LOON is back! We’re excited to announce two very special bands: Wild Asparagus with George Marshall, and Contratopia, with Sue Hulsether.

Attention Bike Riders

Tapestry loves bikers. Getting to Tapestry by bike helps with parking and traffic congestion (especially during the roadway reconstruction on Minnehaha) and gets you warmed up for dancing! But please – NO BIKES inside the building. They leave tire marks on the carpet and handlebars nick the walls. Please use the bike racks provided outside the building. Thanks for helping to keep Tapestry looking good.
